"Excellent breakfast, clean with friendly staff"

"Happy staying there. Food is good & staff are courteous and helpful. Food range is good. Must try is their Biryani & African Chicken Stew. However, the bathroom amenities are getting a bit worn out. Still overall happy with the stay. "

"The property is excellent. Just be careful with their extra charges which they will put without informing you. Like on our last day dinner, they added 110K extra, without informing us. You will fell like cheated on these extra charges."

What was once my favourite, and the best hotel in Kampala, has now become tired and very run down. Management has made unfortunate decisions with the layout - the buildings and pool areas look tired, unreliable wifi in common areas, and the staff could use some encouragement as they are not engaged.
