Very good business hotel but, they charge $40 per person for airport pick up or drop off so if you are sharing with your spouse or a work colleague the service cost £80 while if one travel on their own, it cost $50. Not eco-friendly at all.

I really enjoyed my stay

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Kampala to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Four Points by Sheraton in Kololo is spotlessly new, classy, and very well managed. The staff are friendly and very professional. The neighbourhood is one of the safest and most upscale in Kampala. However, unlike some of the other big high-end hotels in the city, they dont offer a buffet for dinner consistently.

I experienced pure bliss at Four Points by Sheraton Kampala! The place was very clean and the service from the entire team was impeccable! This place exceeded my expectations! Its proximity to all the necessary amenities….. the pubs and Kampala’s night life sports are literally a stone throw away.Highly recommended for anyone travelling in Kampala

Brand new hotel with 99 problems……

Let’s start with the positives! Nice big rooms, really comfy beds and bed linen, restaurants on site lovely staff and good service. Perhaps city style hotels are not my thing because the views out the window is usually queuing traffic on each side 😣 The temperature control in the room is some fancy sensor system that doesn’t work, it barely got below 20 degrees throughout my stay. At night the room felt like a box room as you can’t open the window and you can’t really control the room temperature so you feel trapped! They’ve got a lovely pool on the rooftop but again it’s barely 2 feet deep and you can’t even use it till past 9am as they’re cleaning it so late….. but gym is open 247 which was nice 👌
