Cari Hotel di Udadumbara

"My parents were at Raddison and had the most memorable experience at the hotel! The trip was planned for my mums birthday and she had the best time ever! My parents vouched that the food was flavourful and delicious! The small birthday arrangements were extremely thoughtful and special! The rooms were really nice and modern! Thank you so much for remarkable hospitality!"

"Great staff , very attentive , great food, clean and tidy rooms … Pool, mountain views and ambience are Amazing !!!!"

"It was a decent city hotel, it didn’t feel 5* at international standards but it was a good for one night and close to all the city activities."

"I initially had some issues with this facility, with the room and bathroom cleanliness. However, management rectified it and the remainder of my stay went smoothly. Property is somewhat dated. The replacement room was orderly. Good location, staff were attentive and polite. As far as a hotel rating goes, it is about a 2-2.5 star facility. The breakfast buffet is planned based on guest nationality, when I tried it, it was mainly an Indian breakfast, but I found items I liked to eat! Lack of an...

"Wonderful hotel and we had an amazing stay. Very clean and well maintained with absolutely stunning interior and great rooms. The restaurant was excellent with good variety of cuisine from all over the world. Recommend to stay here when in Kandy."

"Great Hotel"

"Great hotel in the middle of Kandy, clean rooms with exceptional space, easy to walk to everything and the pool was a refreshing welcome"

"Great staff. So friendly. So welcoming. Room service was excellent. The staff were highly attentive. Food was generally very good. Location was great. Only issue being gym and facilities being old and a bit unloved. Other than that. Great"

"Great view. Comfortable room. Mediocre breakfast "

"Kandy市内の中心部にあるため非常に便利でした。仏歯寺やKandy湖にも徒歩数分で行ける立地の良さ。ホテル自体はコロニアル調で、とてもおしゃれな感じでした。スタッフも皆フレンドリーで問題ない対応でした。朝食についても、量・質ともに問題なし。大満足の滞在でした。値段はそれなりにしますが、是非また宿泊したいと思います。"

"Check-in was ok. So was the rooms. Staff could have been more friendly especially the guy at the restaurant. Not only he served the wrong dish but was also rude when we told him about it. The blankets were very thin and unable to provide the warmth"

"For our one-night stay in Kandy, this hotel was the perfect base, centrally located and easy to get around from. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was comfortable and well-appointed. We were also pleased with the variety on offer at both breakfast and dinner buffets, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Kandy."

"The property was well maintained outside and the lobby area - rooms are dated and bathrooms are not cleaned well - hair dryer is from the 1900 - breakfast ok - staff very helpful"

"Tricky to get to, small uncomfortable bed, very dirty, bottled water seen to have been bottled manually (didn't touch it, it had bits inside). Description mentioned 18 pools, we only saw one. Very poorly sound proofed. Not cheap (especially food). Pretty scenery all around."

"Wow what an experience it was to stay here! It is so off the beaten track that you need collecting by the hotel staff in a very heavy duty jeep because a normal car stands no chance of getting there. It is the most peaceful place I have ever been with the most amazing views of the mountains. I will say it is so remote that you can’t just pop out for lunch etc so make sure you’re prepared with things to keep you entertained for your stay. The food was all incredible and the staff were some of...

"とても歴史のある古いホテルでしたが、問題なく、むしろその雰囲気も良かった。チェックイン時のスタッフの方の対応もにこやかで良かった。キャンディー泊ならおすすめです。"
