"The wifi was not reliable unfortunately. I don’t know why but I thought the pool would be heated or warm. The location of the hotel wasn’t the best because not too many good food options. Other areas in Hammamet had more options around. I can tell this hotel wasn’t probably great in its time but it’s very dated. I also despise when hotels claim they offer “free toiletries” when it was just an all-in-one hair, face and hand wash (that’s literally what it said). And I wish it was more age diverse....

"Very noisy location if you open the Balfour smell all kind of food which make me nauseous. I thought that the hotel has its own beach access but no the view was only from the balcony and the public beach is not well maintained! Breakfast and lobby areas are small !
