"The best resort !! The staff was expectational everything was clean and accommodating. It was my friends birthday and they held a private dinner which was beautiful. Julio was our concierge and go to person he was attentive and always updated us with activities and helped us with any questions or concerns. The best experience would recommend anyone who wants to have good time,food,and drinks to book a trip to secrets tulum."

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior suite near the lobby, which was spacious and conveniently located within easy walking distance to the restaurants and buffet. "The hotel was beautiful with the rooms built in a square around a dense jungle garden. There were two lovely pools - one in the garden and one on the rooftop. We had a beautiful contemporary room, well in fact a suite with two bedrooms and lounge/diner thanks to our VIP upgrade. The staff were very professional and helpful. We can’t comment on the restaurants as we didn’t use them. We were delighted with our stay. "

"The room we had was incredible, amazing views, privacy, we were blown away. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was no fridge. So we couldn’t keep our water bottles cold. We also tried to take showers around 11:30pm and no water came out, it just had no water pressure. So we tried in the morning and it worked. Breakfast was great. "

"Best layout for an active trip, the top floor rooms have access to pool bar and awesome gym . Rooms near to the doors are abit noisy from the bar there sometimes so get rooms slightly further away but on the top floor . "

You can easily walk to all the places on the hotel zone Street, but most of all the staff made it feel really welcoming and like home. I had to stay an extra day due to my flight and they held the last room for me and gave it at the same price even though it was a fancier room.
