"The staff were all very helpful and friendly, particularly, Susey, Heleina & Sarafina who went the extra mile. We did have one sleepless night when the room smoke alarm gave several false alarms but this was fixed . All in all we had a great stay"

"Unfortunately we were only met with frustration/dissatisfaction and mostly disappointment Our room didn’t have hot water, we mentioned this everyday and only got it for one day which was the second day we stayed that was the best shower until we got back at the end to shower again and until every other day was just too cold hot water wasn’t working. "Stayed a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I stayed again and the staff remembered me and were lovely. Room was clean. They have laundry which is handy. No gym or pool. But JP’s Fitness gym is behind the hotel with a small supermarket, and Pinati’s is a short walk behind the hotel, with McDonald’s not too far. There’s a taxi stand a short walk behind the hotel as well which is handy."
