"Loved our stay but it was very hard to get the housekeepers in to clean or change our sheets. We were there for 15days but only got them to change our sheets twice. I have to keep reminding them but by the time we get back to the hotel, our room was at the state we left it. There was only 3 rooms were occupied that includes us but the housekeepers were nowhere.
The property itself it’s beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast options were ok, I mostly had the pawpaw and fresh coconut pieces, Samoan pancakes yummy. Friendly lady at the breakfast area (server), she was very nice and holds conversations well. Apparently she’s been there for 19yrs since they opened. Most of the staff are friendly but never get to have conversations or chat with guests they only have conversations with each other.
The property doesn’t have a sign out the front (on the road) so we got lost on our arrival especially in the early hours or during the night (pitch dark). I wish I knew that Google maps works in Samoa now😅."
