"The staff,greet you with a smile from cleaning staff to bar to kitchen staff,always greeting with a smile,They actually go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable ,My one complaint is the reception staff i think theres a lack of communication between staff,"

"Shout out to Lina the Assistant Manager of Coconut Island Resort. Her and staff made our stay at Coconut Resort a pleasant and a wonderful experience. Everyone were absolutely friendly and always asking my wife and I if there's anything more that they can do to enhance our experience. The views of our fale over the sea was perfect. The food needed improvement. Again, Lina and crew, thanks again for the wonderful memories. "

"Location: one of the best locations if you want to stay in town. Convenient shop on the ground floor. You also have the city that’s 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Room: beautiful room, I booked a standard room & it was well worth the money. Good space travelling alone. Bathroom also has a lot of space to move around. Service: good service from reception staff. "We Loved the Gardens and flora and fauna, the staff were all lovely, Great Food"

"Lovely staff and very good spot if you are wanting to go into the centre of Apia via a short walk. Plenty of shops just down the road. It does say paid wifi on the amenities but it is not available. Staff are knowledgeable about good spots for visitors. Only problem we had were the stained sheets but other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend. "

"Wonder of Nature! Great place to unwind and take in the stunning and fantastic views, the birds, forest and Malama's beautiful gardens. The staff were amazing, very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Service and food were good too. one of the highlights was the Sunday umu demonstration by Losi, Laa, Lili and Tusi, highly recommended. Huge thank you Lita, Malama, Dave and the team, we had a great stay and will definitely be back."
