The basics are MIA - examples include our room not being made up at all on two occasions, having no towels for the pool available on four of the seven days we stayed (our longest wait was close to an hour), being told we could have an extended check out but then told no when we came back to pay. "An absolute gem! Our room was spacious and very clean. The gardens are well kept, great onsite restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the deep pools. My son loved the kids pool. Loved how private and secluded it is with a five star resort feel. Needs some structural work on the decking and pools but ease of access to all other areas which are concreted. Cosmetic stuff.
