"I came by myself for my birthday, on a solo trip. I HAD A BALL. Everything was perfect from the room, the staff, the entertainment and the resort in its entirety. Beautiful clean room, the food chef's kiss, Gabrielle at the front desk was very accommodating, as well the service staff. 1st time in Jamacia, definitely won't be my last. The food was also amazing. I am so proud to know that there is a resort that provides authentic Jamaican food. This made my stay very special."

"There are truly so many amazing things to say about S Hotel in Montego Bay. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and fun, every single person we encountered went out of their way to make sure we were having the best possible experience. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, the perfect balance of modern design and relaxing luxury. The hotel truly delivers on its promise of boutique luxury. It’s in the thoughtful details: the beautifully designed spaces, the curated daily events, and the overall atmosphere that makes you feel both pampered and completely at ease. The food was outstanding, and each restaurant had its own unique, stylish vibe. The DJ at the pool brought such a great energy, it made every afternoon feel like a celebration without ever being overwhelming. Honestly, we’ve never felt so welcomed or had such a consistently wonderful experience at a hotel. It was unforgettable, and we will absolutely be coming back. Shout out to Andres. "Amazing experience at Ocean Coral Spring from start to finish. The privilege experience was absolutely top tier. Roslyn with check-in had the best hospitality, I've experienced on check-in. The quality of the food was excellent and so many options. Tashae at the juice bar along with Desroy (butler service), Damarlie (beach service) all provided EXCEPTIONAL service! I’ve travelled extensively and would easily place this resort as top 5! The room was also incredible, private and great cleanliness. "

"What can I say this place was just too wondeful. From the amazing Lazy Pool to the great food options! Room was clean with a nice balcony space to relax in. Would definitely recommend this place, great value for money and great location. Oh nearly forgot to mention the Hydro spa and treatment was amaaaazing. "

"The room was spotless and very clean. However, our check-in was delayed because the room was not ready. If an upgrade is offered, guests should not be kept waiting until 4:30 p.m. to check in. To me, an upgrade means the room is ready upon arrival."
