"Pros: The food was great. Property was clean and well maintained. Con: check in process was bad. Took my 90 years old grandma for Mother’s Day weekend and ended up sitting in the lobby for hours."

"Resort is marketed as luxury but it was really just expensive. Beautiful grounds and pool area but the rooms felt and looked refurbished. Customer service was poor in general but especially at the Red Snapper restaurant. Ladies at Captain's buffet were lovely."

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in."

"quiet secluded place not near any walkable market/restaurants. staff was nice dont bother you at all unless you need help with something. room was quite spacious alot spacious actually (solo traveler). only down fall was that the cloth on the head board of the bed was worn out. great view beautiful neighborhood."

"Patrick and Natoya are true Gems ! The place was so gorgeous making the second half in a hotel feel like a nightmare . The Villa was stunning , clean and felt so safe ! not to mention the views ! They set us up unforgettable excursions and continued to remind me to take my time . its Island time and relax . loved getting to know them and so grateful to have found them"

"We LOVED our experience at Mais Oui! We were a group of 17 -- 4 families, 8 adults and 9 kids all under the age of 12. The staff was incredible with the children, and they had a blast with the giant chess set, mini golf, and just having the run of the place. Of course the highlight was spending time at the pool, which is conveniently in the central courtyard which meant someone could always have eyes on it. The food was INCREDIBLE -- every meal. And we appreciated the many small surprises like...

"We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return."
