"Staff very nice, dinner and breakfast were good. Room was nice but toilet did not flush properly had to flush it multiple times for it to actually go down and the absolutely aweful air conditioner!!! Wall unit that made terribly loud noise every time it shut off . Kept my daughter awake all night! And at check out the office was closed, so we couldnt tell anyone ! No ice machine or ice on property. Would not recommend if you’re used to chain hotels with amenities and 24 hour staff to assist!...

"Very nice small inn along the waterfront and easily walkable to the town of Cazenovia. Large rooms with modern bathroom and other amenities coupled with an excellent restaurant offering lakeside views."

"Beautiful property, felt like home. The breakfast was delicious! They even surprised us with cake for our wedding anniversary. The towels and sheets smelt amazing! "

"It was really nice to be greeted with wine, cheese, and crackers! The owners were nice and responsive, and the location on the lake is beautiful. But the house felt like it was slanting into the lake, there ceilings were cracked and damaged, and water in the kitchen smelled strongly of sulfur. We lost power, which was not surprising, but I was surprised the owners were not prepared. No candles or flashlights, except a citronella candle."

"Our family stayed here to attend a college graduation nearby. The lake view and vibe were both amazing and peaceful. We were greeted by our hosts, they were very friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything , my sons enjoyed the canoe and paddle boards provided too. The 2nd night, the entire area lost power, we lost water too, that put a damper on the trip.."
