"We stayed for five nights in the Standard King room. Breakfast was included. The room was spacious and clean. "Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "

"Hotel is nearby the Disneyland and have free shuttle bus to and from the Disneyland station to hotel. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Very attentive to our request as Muslim. He had requested the restaurant to prepare a Muslim friendly food - for our breakfast we had salmon steaks for all of us. Thank you very much for the kind understanding making your hotel as international standard. Well done Hilton!"

"Location amazing short walk to the train station where you can travel to anywhere. Hotel was spotless and the room was very spacious. "The staff is always courteous and helpful. This was my third stay and I always ask for a room with a view of the Godzilla head from behind the Gracery hotel, and they’ve made it happen each time.
