10/10 Excellent
"the tv channel provided every bit of detail related to the hotels amenities to attractions and and all relative information. The only small issue I had was that my remote didnโ€™t work properly in room 903 but it wasnโ€™t a deal breaker"

"They were lovely, helpful, very english speaking. They kept our bags for us and set us up for the airport taxi when it was checkout time. All in all lovely. The room even had little skincare for bedtime and combs and things that are easily forgotten at home! Would recommend"

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main

10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed this room. It was spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. I appreciated the sitting area next to the window as it provided a space to put our things and store our luggage, making the rest of the room more comfortable. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Iโ€™ve used these same pillows at other budget hotels in Japan, like Tavinos, and Iโ€™m not a fan. They have beads in them, making them both flat and hard. I would have appreciated a second blanket in the room, as the bedding is minimal. The mini fridge was nice to have and gave us a place to store snacks and drinks in. The bathroom feels a little cramped, but it was fine, and the water pressure in the shower is great. I appreciated that room cleaning was free and could be requested daily by placing the appropriate magnate on the outside of your door. The location is great too and not too far from Shinjuku Station. There are two convenience stores at the bottom of the hotel, as well as other restaurants and facilities, including a pharmacy. The hotel also has a free luggage locker you can use in the lobby, which was great for the final day of our trip where we had time to explore before heading to the airport."
