"Perfect convenience to Station and bus to Toshu-gu. Nice, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and fine indoor/outdoor hot spring options."

"English speaking staff. Excellent Kaiseki dinner and breakfasts. Room has a nice river view and quiet . Hotel location is walking distance to all main sights and near Bus stop. Onzen open till midnight. Highly recommended."

"The onsen was great. Tattooed guests have two hours late at night they can use it which is lovely. The staff were super helpful and very kind. "

"I like hotel staff and food was very good but the parking lot was very far from hotel"

"The staff is very welcoming, the food is excellent and the onsen is very relaxing"

"Amazing, amazing experience! My family had such a wonderful time and we are planning to go back to visit. "

"Convenient location for walking to the shrines, etc. The Annex is located a bit further than the first Turtle Inn, but is still a lovely establishment. Kind staff. "
