スタッフが非常に失礼でした。 チェックインの時の対応もそうでしたが、最後チェックアウトした際も、ドア付近に二人ホテルマンがいらして、ご挨拶しても無視されました。（特に何か対応しているわけでもなく） また部屋も隙間にゴミがあり、清潔感ないなと思いました。

3rd time staying here. Connected to Jr utsunomiya station. Corner twin room spacious , and bed pretty good. However breadfast does not really change and staying 4 nites can be tiring. 純和風のコテージといった雰囲気で、子どもの頃に住んでいた家を思い出しました。バリアフリーではなく高齢者向けではありません。1泊の利用でしたが、もう少し長く滞在した方がもっと堪能できたのではないかと思います。お近くの商店さんがもう少し遅くまで営業されていたらよかったなぁと、その点が残念なところです。スタッフさんの対応は満足です。
