"宇都宮駅にデッキで繋がっていて便利。欲を言えばもう少し道案内が欲しかった。(入り口が分かりずらいです) 部屋は広くて清潔でとても良かった。最下層(5階)の駅と反対側の部屋だったので眺めは駐車場で人がいるのでカーテンは開けられず。部屋備え付けの冷蔵庫は電源を入れてもあまり冷えない。備 え付けのアメニティは歯ブラシとシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープのみで質素。 ベッドは大きかったが柔らかくて腰が沈む。 朝食は品揃えが豊富で良かった。また13階で食事なので長めも良い。 ..."

"純和風のコテージといった雰囲気で、子どもの頃に住んでいた家を思い出しました。バリアフリーではなく高齢者向けではありません。1泊の利用でしたが、もう少し長く滞在した方がもっと堪能できたのではないかと思います。お近くの商店さんがもう少し遅くまで営業されていたらよかったなぁと、その点が残念なところです。スタッフさんの対応は満足です。"
