"Very good, modern, clean and good located hotel. Staff was friendly and worried about making our stay fine and easy, specially Tea, at front desk. Great breakfast . If you don’t care about luxury but want to stay in a good place, I strongly recommend it."

In many places this would be a 3-star, or a weak 4-star at best; helped only by location and beach facilities. "The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

"The air conditioning didn’t really work in the room. Despite setting it to a low temperature, the room was very hot all night resulting in a poor sleep. Also, we found a pair of underwear from the previous guests in the bathroom which was a shock."

"There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. "As I booked for two rooms, one of them was still dirty including the bathroom and the floor. The hotel location was difficult to get to, the staff were new and they even didn't know that we have already booked and paid for the two rooms. Very warm welcome from hotel staff who showed us to the room and were very helpful with booking taxis etc. We stayed in a room with pool access and the room was lovely, very modern and clean as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty with a good choice of food, all fresh each day. Pool and pool area was very clean, was lovely eating breakfast outside at the tables and chairs located by the pool.
