"Had trouble at first with staff saying booking didnt go through so had to contact hotels via X to sort out. The one staff was a great guy, so freindly and helpful, i was in the area to visit national park and he arranged this for me. Only problem with hotel is internet did not work, and no phone reception in that area either. "

"Our rooms were disgusting, so much so that we ended up not paying. There was a new manager one week into his job, he was very apologetic but could do nothing about the multiple issues. The room was full of insects, furniture falling apart, we had a lamp with no electric cable attached, it looked like the rooms had been added to the building at a later date and work was still going on. The stairs up had electric wires hanging out and dangerous drops where railings should be protected by nailed on...

"Selected as convenient over night stay close to Yala Park. First impression was well kept bright welcoming property. Staff great. Rooms cool large and well maintained. Pool a bonus...and small gym! Breakfast substantial and delish. Definitely recommend for Yala safari visit."
