Horrific

Our rooms were disgusting, so much so that we ended up not paying. There was a new manager one week into his job, he was very apologetic but could do nothing about the multiple issues. The room was full of insects, furniture falling apart, we had a lamp with no electric cable attached, it looked like the rooms had been added to the building at a later date and work was still going on. The stairs up had electric wires hanging out and dangerous drops where railings should be protected by nailed on bits of plywood or shoddy temporary railings. Overall unsafe and unhygienic.

Ganske ny hotel som ligger ved en vakker innsjø. Utsikten er veldig fin. Masse bildemuligheter med fiskere, krokodiller og fugleliv rett fra balkongen. Rommet vårt hadde ingen oppbevaringsboks eller minibar, men var ellers stort og komfortabelt. Det manglet håndklær. Det var rot med innsjekking og bookingen min ble ikke funnet med det første. Personalet virket ganske uerfarne og service var ikke like bra som andre steder. Hotellet har potensiale, hvis de gir personalet litt mer trening og hever standarden på rommene.

Vackert hotell ned blåsig restaurang

Fint hotell, fast kall pool. Wi-Fi nådde inte till rummen. Restaurangen var öppen, så det blev väldigt blåsigt i bland
