"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tirana. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The service was exceptional, and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel itself was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also perfect—close to everything and very convenient. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. It truly felt like the staff cared about making my stay special. "The hotel is a 2 or a 3 star hotel as there are a lot of things that need to be changed. Firstly there wasn’t any toiletries in the bathroom and when even asked not because I needed it but just in case the staff said they don’t have also no coffee or tea in the room and to now make everything was the breakfast was not good at all everything was so cold. To me the only good thing about this hotel is just the location nothing else. "

"The room was spacious, well decorated and the shower was powerful. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke good English, (must admit that I found Albanian a difficult language to get into!). Location is great being only a short stroll to the centre of the City. There are plenty of quality restaurants within easy walking distance."
