"A very cute hotel with good breakfast and location. The parking is in another building and you need to check in to get the slip for parking. Everyone is very helpful and we enjoyed our short stay!"

"Difficult to evaluate. If you are expecting a 3 star that is all singing all dancing -this place is not for you. If you like nature and walking and you just need a base from which to explore then you'll enjoy staying here. It is surrounded by a lake and treesThere are only a few staff who keep the place functioning. There is no daily room service but if you need anything just ask.The lady speaks no English but hey she's Albanian. Breakfast is basic. A drink, toast some tomatoes, meat and eggs....

"The hotel about 10 minutes out of the main town centre but taxis cheap. The hotel is clean modern and exceptional staff. From the minute we arrived all the same aff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are well maintained and has an excellent roof top pool. Qudos to the whole team"

"I liked the view, The manager (Andre) and front desk staff were very helpful. The room lacked a kettle and the internal phone system didn’t work. Room TV didn’t have the World Cup matches, with no TVs in any of the common areas either. Also the pool bar refuses to fulfill your drinks if it’s a cappuccino or similar, they ask you to go get it inside despite the hotel stating you can order at the pool bar."

"Wij verbleven in het nieuwe gebouw, hadden een kamer op de 3e verdieping, alles was mooi groot en schoon. Alleen de badkamer douche liep elke keer over, waardoor de badkamer vol met water elke keer lag dat was minder, personeel kwam kijken maar deed er niks aan. Het ontbijt, is uitgebreid en prima, voor ieder wat wils. De koffie is helaas echt slecht ( water koffie ) maar dat vonden wij in heel Albanië. het personeel is top, super vriendelijk, en kijken graag met je mee. Het hotel is heel...

"Extremely friendly staff, they delivered expectional customer service right from the beginning. The property is fantastic, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and charming. The pools are fantastic, with great music. We also are at the hotel, and quite enjoyed every minute staying there. We will definitely be back, thank you."

"I had a really great stay , newly built hotel, very clean, helpful staff, spacious rooms. However, it is slightly far from the town centre but they provide hotel transport at cheap price. Regarding breakfast some more varieties would be better. Overall I would really recommend this hotel."
