First, the real location is absolutely nowhere near where they’ve listed as their address, making it difficult to find the property. It is much further from the port and beach than advertised. Next, there is no front desk or staff on site, but rather they request you let them know when you will arrive so the staff can be there to check you in. I told them well in advance when I would be arriving, however no staff was there...
