"Worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. They failed to follow the payment schedule so we had to contact hotels.com and as that took a while they locked all my personal items in the room and denied me access to it. My child asked to enter to have her medicine and reception said no you can't tell your parents to sort it!! The kids pool is unsafe.
