"The staff is courteous and friendly. The check/in was a wonderful experience!! The suite is well appointed and comfortable. However, one lamp had a lightbulb missing the other had a burned out light bulb and the space below the sink had left over bags and a beer case from the previous guest. "

I wish I could remember her name so I apologize but man she could lead the class on customer service and kindness. We loved our stay and will return when we can stay longer"

"Nice hotel and room was clean. There is only a sheet and very thin blanket on bed. No linens for the hide a bed, went to front desk and were told house keeping does not leave extra linens for front desk staff. Heat did not work in our room or my parents room. "
