"arrrived 30 minutes before checkin. had to stand in line for over an hour. then our room wasn,t ready. we were told it would be ready when we got back from the concert, which was after midnight. We had to put our luggage back in the car and my wife had to change clothes in the bathroom and fix her hair and put on makeup in the hallway. 300 dollars for a 9 hour stay. will never stay there again."

"Stayed in room 304. Two nights. Two washrags, two towels and a bathmat. Unsure of what happened to the days of 4 towels, 4 washrags etc. Used the very last of the body wash this morning so it’s obvious they do not make sure it’s filled for each customer. Absolutely worst was the bed. King Mattress is worn out and you roll to the middle. Why didn’t we request another room…..they were full, sold out. As if it could not of gotten worse, the “breakfast” topped it all as the very worse. Gravy...

"Lake views were nice. However trying to park our truck in the garage was impossible. We were then asked to park at an adjacent parking spot and we received a big warning tow away ticket. We decided to go back to valet and they refused to valet. So now we have no where to park. We asked the valet manager what other options are there to park. He said to park in first level of valet. But man it was such a pain so don’t bring your big rig here. Construction everywhere and the neighboring...
