"This newly reonovated hotel has some challenges ahead of it. Let's start with a couple of positives - THE STAFF is AMAZING. The hotel itself is quite nice.
The room is extremely small and crowded. Not sure how this will work in the winter with more and bulky apparrel. The bathroom had no shelf - no place for toiletries. The toilet paper holder was already broken from the wall and the holder was sideways. No outside facilities to sit. Restaurant and bar - very small for a hotel of this...

"The room wasn't cleaned once in two nights of stay, no clean towels, no need made, not even the trash cleared from the baskets, the breakfast was in the darkest smelliest tightest space possible, while staff was cursing out guests after they left their tables. Sure it was quiet in the rooms, the room itself was spacious and nice, had it not been fire the rest. Great room, terrible service, and horrible staff.
Fior that price I WANT THE ROOM CLEANED EVERY DAY, A BREAKFAST THAT IS...

"We loved the two pools and two hot tubs (especially after a long day of hiking). The on site bar/breakfast/lunch space was great. Loved the hooks in our room for our gear! All the staff were super friendly!"
