"Pool mit wenig Liegen - eher Schwimmbad statt Spa"

"Our loft room had two huge pillars which really got in the way, if you get this type of room ask to change. Amenities were very good, nice pool, hot tub, saunas, gym etc. breakfast was very good, had dinner at the restaurant which has lots of awards but our dishes were hit and miss. Fish was terribly overcooked and for top dollar I expected much better. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. Linens are ok but not great. Location is very central and convenient."

"We booked a balcony room with Mountain View and we were very disappointed. The balconies are not private at all. You can see and hear the neighbors next to you. The Mountain View was not what you would think as I mainly saw the neighboring homes roofs and from the far corner I could see a bit of the mountain. Not really a room you should advertise as a Mountain View room. Very disappointed and unhappy about this."

"Lovely picturesque traditional hotel with friendly staff and very friendly helpful staff. Need to update to match sister hotel in krakow with usb points and the shower head was very wobbly. Definitely stay here again as so close to town and everything else. Beautiful view of the mountains "

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic stay in Zakopane. The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Unfortunately, a major storm rolled in during our stay and forced us to spend much more time at the hotel than we had planned. As it turned out, that wasn't a bad thing at all. "The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day.
