"Mon expérience a malheureusement été assez décevante. La climatisation a été éteinte en plein milieu de la nuit. J’ai eu tellement chaud que je n’ai pas pu dormir correctement. Le matin, avant de sortir, j’ai signalé à la réception qu’il fallait s’occuper de la chambre et surtout réparer ou régler la climatisation. "The hotel is excellent. The staff is excellent. Very servicial. They did us an early check-in. We used the Moroccan Restaurant the food was excellent with great service. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. One major detail when we went up to our room, the toilet was dirty reason I put in a 4. The installation we pretty well maintained, not a new feeling but well maintained."

When we arrived at the hotel we were advised despite our reservation that they had no room for us. They claimed a system error and we were told by the young male at the front deal that it "wasn't his problem". "We arrived later in the day than planned due to some travel issues and the check in person was really helpful telling us restaurant and room service was still open. He also ordered a taxi for us for early the next morning to get to our flight and suggested making it just after breakfast opens so we could quickly grab a coffee in the morning.
