"The staff are very kind, helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond their duties and responsibilities. My airlines lost my luggage and the hotel staff assisted me in where to purchase clothes and basic necessities for my vacation. The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet is very good and they serve variety of good food. If you are planning to visit Marrakech, I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return. "

"Absolutely my new favorite hotel. The architecture and interiors of El Fenn are outstanding, and the service is amazing. We arranged airport pickup in advance, then escorted directly to the hotel which is convenient to all restaurants and sights within the Medina. We arrived early (like 7am) and as our rooms were not yet available, we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop and after a tour of the property, were given a large suite to rest and freshen up. Fresh fruit juices and beverages are offered multiple times along with light snacks. They also have tea time from 3 to 6 pm where they offer sweets and savory.
