"I initially had a good impression based on my pre-arrival communication with the hotel. I reserved two rooms and clearly requested that they be close to each other, but upon arrival, they were several floors apart, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the issues continued during our stay. The air conditioning was not functioning and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. When I contacted reception, I was told the problem affected the entire hotel and would not be resolved quickly....

"De kamer was schoon, elke dag had werden de kamers schoon gemaakt door de poetsvrouwen. De service was gewoon top! De mederwerkers waren super lief en aangenaam. Zeker aan te raden als in Tanger bent! Koffiemachine was minder! De rest van het ontbijt was lekker en vers. De restaurants Harris was de prijs waard!"

"Die Anlage ist okay. Das Personal macht den Aufenthalt aber zu einer reinen Katastrophe. Bereits bei der Ankunft sehr unfreundlich und überheblich und lassen den Gast lange warten. Weder Getränke noch Essen werden angeboten und das bei gebuchtem all inclusive. Es wurde lediglich auf das Abend Buffet um 20 Uhr hingewiesen und das bei Ankunft um 15 Uhr. Drumherum weit und breit keine Möglichkeit eine Mahlzeit zu sich zu nehmen. Keine Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals gegenüber den Gästen. Man wird...

"I can’t speak on how WELL we were treated at Fairmont. Selma was the BEST and took care of us so well. We really appreciate her kindness! Parisia the restaurant had good drinks and was DELICIOUS, we had the lamb and the chicken with a bed of veggies. Our room was GOEGEOUS and the breakfast had a lot of great options for food. I am actually changing my accommodations to come back to stay here when we Leave Marrakesh!"

"Rien à dire sur le service à la marocaine, la qualité des produits ou l’emplacement de l’hôtel Moins bien: le choix des alcools qui pourraient être meilleurs, la literie pas au niveau Pas bien: le massage de mon épouse était un massacre pour elle… elle avait le dos cassé après alors qu’elle avait demandé un massage de la tête et des pieds… la masseuse était novice et ne savait pas ce qu’elle faisait… Dommage et la direction n’a rien fait Enfin l’hôtel était en travaux en prévision de la haute...
