"Hotel reasonably close to the airport. Booked a two bedroom, two bath apartment for me and parents. First allotted one had a questionable nicotine odor though it was a non smoking room. Front desk was quick to change the room after we notified them. Really nice of them to do that immediately. All staff were very polite and genuinely hospitable. "Excellent service as always. This is my fourth stay and Taj has not disappointed me. The courtesy shown by the forecourt staff Ilayaraja, Loganathan and Ishwar was wonderful. Check in and check out staff like Amit, Sruti, Currie, Jocelyn amongst others were exemplary. Nothing was too much for them. Govind and Satish in the gym and Kuppuswamy in breakfast stood out. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. I cannot stop praising their service. "
