"まず宿泊前に何度かメールでやり取りした際も、日本語で丁寧に対応していただき、初めて行くところだったので不安があったが、安心していくことができた。 着いてすぐ感動したのがスタッフの対応、施設の清潔さ、なにより部屋から見る景色が最高だった。 ２泊３日滞在したのですが、ほとんど外出することなく、部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができた。逆に部屋にいないともったいないくらいリラックスして過ごすことができた。 プールも最高で、一日中プールにいたいくらいです。"

"這是第一次來到日月潭，訂了尊貴湖景房，房內空間廣闊，設備齊全，陽台能欣賞到整個日月潭的湖景。特地早上起來感受憩靜的湖景和氛圍，實在令人心曠神怡！ 早餐所供應的自助餐種類有非常多的選擇，食物質素很好，用餐時間由7am-11am，很充裕。服務人員都很細心，特別感謝鄒姓服務員的服務，她沖的咖啡都很精緻！ 特別要感謝大堂前台的黃姓(女)、許姓(男)服務員，在我要改機票的事宜幫了很大的忙，才能順利回港。 下一次一定會再來這家酒店，因為真的是很棒的住宿！"

"If there were one word to describe my stay, it would be “Perfect”. From the full windowed rooms which view is right to the beautiful lake to the wonderful staff at the hotel, the whole experience was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location is also great near the shopping street. "We really loved it here. The hotel itself is very clean, we got the Japanese styled room and we loved it. Aunty cooked us delicious breakfast, the staff is very nice and it is central to anything you want to do."

"The hotel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around, take boat rides, and find places to eat nearby. Even on a rainy day, it didn’t affect our travel plans at all. I especially enjoyed the breakfast on the 8th floor,it was a great way to start the day. The umbrellas provided by the hotel were also very thoughtful and useful during the rainy weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others."
