"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"The hotel is nice and spacious. Our room was quite big, so was the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool is a great addition and was open until late. Breakfast - high quality food. A big variety of cold cuts, cheese and yoghurts. The warm food was a bit lacking. It wasn't hot or even luke warm, which was a shame. The bedroom wall facing the corridor meant we could hear any and all steps and movement. Overall quite noisy due to a road nearby and the airport. But that didn't bother our sleep much. Overall, a good stay and would come again."
