"Room 102, next to exit door at rear. Constant slamming of rear exit door into later in night and again at 6am. Actual shook the frame holding the. TV every time. Footsteps from stairs on going. Not a quiet room at all!"

"Overall, our stay was nice. The place was clean. Breakfast staff went out of their way to help when the pancake machine broke. Main complaint is that the indoor pool is not heated so it was like ice. Even if we wanted to get in, the area was dirty, like they weren't expecting people to use it. Some people were also swearing loudly about their "f***ing job" outside our room for quite a while in the morning. The housekeeping staff were a couple of doors down but we can't be sure if it was them. "
