"The property was nice. The only change I would make would be upgrading the breakfast some."

"We decided to extend our stay for an extra night so I went to the front desk to make arrangements. The front desk clerk stated there was no problem and we wouldn’t even have to move rooms. When we returned late that night we were locked out of our room!! She hadn’t put anything in the computer about our extra night and all of our things were in the room! It took them 40 minutes to figure out how to get us back in our room! We checked out and filed a complaint with their corporate office."

"I had just driven 13 hours from Florida and hoping for a restful night of sleep as I still need to drive 6 hours more northward. I checked in at around 9pm, staff at the reception was courteous. For some reason, he gave me a room at the end of the corridor at the 2nd floor. I didn't complain as it might have been busy and may be the best room available. The room was clean but the color of the marble that they used in the bathroom has a terrible pattern that resembled dirt or molds. It was clean...

"After having a great breakfast at another Holiday Inn Express we were expecting the same at this location. What a disappointment! There was very little food and what was available had not been kept hot. Cold sausage and cold, rubbery eggs. No potatoes, no oatmeal. The juice machine was out of order, so there was nothing to drink. Only one coffee dispenser was working and the line for coffee was endless. Since there is no in room coffee they could at least have some available in the lobby. ...

"The entire property was poorly kept, old and outdated. I was NOT expecting a motel. The night manager was professional and helpful. There were guests who were loud, arguing, and yelling until about 3:30AM. I complained multiple times to the night manager, as did other guests. She finally had to call the police. Although this particular situation was out of her control, and the night manager did her best to resolve it, it had a significant negative impact on my stay at the motel."

"I do have a dog but the room had a terrible dog smell when I walked in. I did go to the office and asked for a spray. She was very nice but could only find a very small amount in a spray bottle. She did not offer to change my room. I really think the floor in my room was absolutely disgusting. It made my white socks actually dirty to walk on it. The also wouldn’t allow me to eat breakfast because I wasn’t allowed to bring my dog in, but I also wasn’t to leave the dog unattended in my room....

"We were traveling across a few states to see family. Traffic and weather were tough so we had to stop for the night on Saturday. The woman working reception was very respectful and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. However the young gentleman we dealt with Sunday morning was snarky and sarcastic in his demeanor and responses. Caught me off guard. Not excepted or appreciated."

"I stopped for the night on a road trip. I was checked in quickly & the room was sparkling clean. I was bringing the contents of a relative's refrigerator, so I was thrilled to see the larger, apartment-size fridge, not a mini fridge. Everything in the room was very dated, but I didn't care. The mini fridge & microwave worked, and the bed was super comfortable! The staff was just one woman who may have been the owner. She was super nice & helpful."
