"I liked the leisure complex which was obviously built more recently than the hotel. Lovely pool and steam room. The gardens were also lovely- you can sit out and have a drink- great when the weather is sunny.?handy for Aldershot and nearby army venues"

"Breakfast time was not very organised, perhaps this was because there was only one member of staff visible.
The buffet was very poor. As guests we had to ask for hot food. There were no croissants or bread (which arrived frozen) and very little fresh fruit.
Not what we expected for a 4 star hotel."

"Runnymede is a great hotel near Royal Windsor. The hotel has great amenities and entertainment.
Food was good but in both restaurants the food could have been served hotter. It was warm but questionable!"

"Best aquatic facilities I have experienced at a Fairmont property.
Reception was very helpful in a walkabout of the onsite restaurant options.

"VERY poor hotel, arrived late (11:30pm) after a long drawn out journey and for some reason had to wait 30 minutes to check in, no queues just poor service (and a printer that wouldn’t print - really?). Got to the room to find it was a dirty room uncleaned from the previous occupant. Waited an age again to get a new room which was freezing and in the noisiest part of the hotel. Had to request a heater to make the room habitable - it didn't work. The hotel rooms are just shabby. Not a great...
