"Clean room, perfect location and friendly staff"

"We had a great time at the resort. The accommodation was clean, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and kind. The pool is sweet with a little beach entry. My son found it a little young for him (age 11) as there were so many younger kids but may have been the time of year we visited. He was a big fan of the free arcade! We visited main beach daily, about a 5 minute drive. There isn't much to walk to but we had a car and they do offer a free shuttle. "

"I liked the place that the hotel was situated by the lake. The clean room , the helpful staff and the specious and close by parking, very easy to get into the hotel. Could do with some box of tissues in the room and an extra chair( there was only one chair for 2 people...) Thanks for the gift of a bottle of wine and a packet of chips, but the staff have to you know that there is a gift in the room..."

"We didn’t see staff except at check in and check out so not enough to form an opinion. The resort is huge so there is a fair bit of walking involved. The 2 things I didn’t like was the shower over bath as a senior it can be a bit hard getting in and out and there was no laundry or anywhere to hang wet towels and swimmers. "The apartment was clean with good quality toiletries, small milk, wash up things etc. Beds were comfy. Location central oppisite Surf Club - worth joining for $5 to get 10% off drinks and 5% off food. Excellent value for money. An older building but everything you need. Did not usw gym or pool. Nb they can make into 2 double rooms for couples travelling together. Aircon in main room and you can leave door open. Fans and TVs in both bedrooms.
