Absolutely lovely hotel, visited many times, fantastic, helpful staff , wonderful restaurant, highly recommend

We had a lovely time. The room and facilities were very nice. The spa is very nice and the treatments were excellent, The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was extremely good.

Great location and the sea view room we had was lovely with high ceiling and huge windows. The room-darkening curtains kept us cool in spite of the heatwave and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and even our dog was made to feel welcome in the dining room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

Place was comfortable family

Nice room very clean staff pleasant but bar area in need of a bit of love snd attention. Breakfast very good but placement of things s bit odd. Why is the butter with the fresh fruit section and not by the toaster and bread and jams !? Also tea making area very congested and when busy you have to wait a very long time to access the hot water/ coffee machine.

Comfortable room with excellent tea making supplies - and a good sized mug each! The floor fan was useful as it was very warm. The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chef’s kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure.

A lovely hotel with lots of different comfortable seating areas. Fantastic food and lovely rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and the surrounding area.
