"This Hotel was 5 stars all the way ! Once,you walk thru the doors.You were politely greeted by Everyone. The front desk,the bell hop(Manuel),& security. It felt like you were staying with distant family from another country. Taxis were always available right outside the hotel.There was a 4 story mall right next door. A bank and ATM machines on the 1st floor.(with security standing by the ATM machines)And,a awesome food court on the 4th floor. Manuel,was a great help.He left a list on our desk. recommending restaurants.Places to visit. Areas to stay away from.Even housekeeping were so genuinely polite. My wife was speaking to her.and,she mentioned that she loves Mangoes.And,the very next day.there was a small basket filled with Mangoes ! I've stayed at numerous hotels(here and abroad).And, By far. The Hyatt Regency made my vacation feel like we were royality ! We will definitely be repeat customers ! "

"Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pool has fabulous ambiance and the staff is always ready to set you up for whatever mood your in sun or shade. The staff was super accommodating in every aspect. "

"Overalll the property was beautiful and very clean. I wish they had more food options though. If you go I do not recommend the huong restaurant it wasn’t appetizing. But besides the food I loved it."

"I enjoyed my stay. Was upgraded to the Oz Hotel from the Oz Luxury. Not sure what the rooms looked like at the Luxury hotel but was happy the King room in the Oz Hotel. Friendly staff and breakfast was great! Will definitely return."
