"Nice historic building on a bit of a hill on a quiet street. It has a cobbled entry that is a little difficult with large luggage. The room was clean and a nice size. Room amenities and the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast spread was quite varied and there is lots of seating inside and outside the hotel. Very close to the subway. As well, if you enjoy vintage/ secondhand shopping, it is located in the midst of the Slow Fashion District. Really enjoyed my stay here!"

"Breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself is nice. Can't. Moment on spa amenities but they are pricey. Has easy access to the ferry to take you to the city center or other places. The room was just ok. Had 2 small quilts instead of one large one, the shower head was very weak, the TV didn't work upon arrival and had to have maintenance come fix it. After that, it kept freezing and I had to unplug it from the back and plug it back in everytime I went to use it."

"This is a little gem of a property. Uniquely decorated with the owners’ collection of naval antiques, it exudes charm. The staff were very helpful recommending restaurants and helping with taxis etc.
They also have an excellent restaurant in the hotel itself.
The bar looked buzzing but we couldn’t get a table - it seems very popular."
