"Everything was fine, clean, friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is literally inside of a mall. I probably should have read a more in depth description of the location. We ended moving to Roma Norte, which was much more our speed. But if you don't mind being in a mall, then this is a great place."

"Excelente ubicación con instalaciones con falta de mantenimiento. Salón de juegos bastante viejo; la alberca principal con 80 cms de profundidad, es mas un chapoteadero que una alberca- no cumplio las expectativas. Comida en restaurante regular. El lobby en general lo mejoraron y esta aceptable. El tiempo en recepción para instalarse excesivo y no tenian buen manejo de sus procedimientos y sistemas."

"Terrible communication skills, had an awful experience just asking them to help me find water. Their room refrigerator doesn’t work. We had to purchase outside water and their refrigerator was out of order. Their security guard was so rude to me and my father asking him where we can find some water. the worst experience. Not a comfortable room no space and their food bland. Fo not stay there."

"The room was fine, but we wouldn’t stay here again. Before our arrival, I had questions and had to call several times before someone finally answered. The woman who answered wasn’t very friendly. The photos online must be old because the hotel is much more outdated than expected. There were also quite a few bugs inside the room, likely because the doors don’t seal properly. The amenities were very limited, with only small towels and one tiny bar of soap provided. Overall, it was okay for one...
