"The airport shuttle we chose was excellent. The welcoming was a quick process. Problem.... I notified our concierge the morning after check-in regarding a bar of soap still in our shower with hair on it. For the next two days I had to remind the staff to remove the soap. Could I have removed it? Sure, but it was the principle. They did finally remove the soap however the hair was still there. "My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Landings Resort. The property is well-designed with both marina and beach access. We even got upgraded to a larger suite. There was a nice gym and tennis court which we used everyday. The Suru restaurant had good food except don’t order the chicken katsu roll.
