"Great staff! Clean rooms. The restaurant we went to in the Hyatt had great food, except that the black bean burger was cold. On the second night, we ordered room service; however, they forgot part of our meal—otherwise, a great place to stay."

"This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town."

"My room was clean for the most part but the headboard was dusty. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes. Great value. My only complaint was the elevators were always busy in the morning so we had to take the stairs. We picked this hotel for the hot tub but on the morning we were checking out, the jets were not working. The location and the amenities were great. "We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago, and it seems to have gone downhill a bit since then. The room was clean but not well maintained with certain items that should really have been replaced like the desk chair. Also one of the two elevators was out. The check in was a bit of a mess with the front desk not assisting people in the order that they had come to the desk (even though there were only three of us). "Room air conditioning was good. Breakfast selection was average. If planning for multi night stay, request daily room cleaning in advance, else expect no cleaning on a daily basis, as was the case with us. The bathroom had broken/ empty dispensers for soap and hair conditioner. Some of the front desk staff were not welcoming and had to call multiple times to get the room cleaned. Apparently the hotel was out of liquid for the empty dispensers which makes no sense. Wanted to extend check out...

"After a misunderstanding on my room being ready upon early check-in was resolved nearly 2 hours later, the rest of my stay was great. All staff that I encountered were super friendly and attentive to any needs. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but I expected more from 'Hilton.' My room was on the back side of the hotel, so no view, however, it made for quiet, dark nights for sleeping. And the layout of my room helped with not hearing other guests in the hallway. "The staff were just okay. The place was older but maintained. The food selection was lacking diversity. The slot machines were tight as hell. Parking was ridiculous with the main door closed and no access to the front desk unless you parked."

"Overall stay was good. Housekeeping wasn’t bad but could have been better. Dirty along side furniture and corners underneath the desk. A stack of towels and a garbage bag was stacked on the desk along with an extra pillow but the dirty towels and trash was left. Everything else was good."

"The room was dirty behind the door. A dirty coffee cup was used to hold the sugars and creamers. Only 1 cup ( which was that cup) was in the room. The 2nd night we didn't have a bath mat or extra toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk ask 10:30p to get toilet paper. The front desk acted annoyed at our request. The hotel was beautiful. The bartenders and valet guys were the friendliest. We were checking out at 630a on the 3rd day... valet wasn't open yet so we had to go to the front desk....

"It was very clean and welcoming. The walk to our room was a good distance and the elevators were very slow."

"The pool steps were extremely slippery and not level. My son and I slipped going into the pool. Plus the railing into the pool was loose. The free breakfast was pretty weak. The only warm items they had, you to heat up yourself. The property was clean and the room was nice. Great water pressure but the shower head was very low."

"When we got in late on Wednesday night, our room was not available. Some BS story about not being cleaned. We had to drive around for hours looking for another place to stay and it cost $400 for one night. The rooftop bars were not available due to either rain or heat. The restaurant closed early every day for breakfast and for dinner."

"We only had 1 bath towel in our room. I went down to front desk that night and requested another one. Guy said he would send some to us. Next morning no towels. I sent a chat thru Hilton app and called 30 minutes later. They said they would send someone. An hour later still no towel. I guess they need to buy some or hire some people that can deliver a towel."
