"No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered...

"Our room was spacious. Spotless clean kitchen was well equipped and the shower was excellent The whole area was spacious with a generous balcony Location was excellent and close to shops Supermarket cafes restaurants and the bus The staff were super helpful and courteous Plus the lovely beach was just beyond the pool and patio area.
