"When checking in … the lady that helped us was very friendly and informative. First impression walking through the door was “whoa, this looks old” Everything looked and was outdated. Plus side is they have assigned stalls so if you leave you don’t have to worry about not having a stall when you get back."

"Perfect spot for us as we needed something close to blackcomb gondola. 8 minute walk. From Bus drop head by Tim Hortons/visitor center on the right side. Through walkway then bear right toward totem pole to get to the front desk head up the long flights of stars as will be located on the second floor. This particular room is located in D wing. So where you come in from Tim Hortons cross the walk way to the opening to a little garden stay left and access to D building elevator is there. Amazing...

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...
