"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"The bedding was not cleaned. Where my skin touched the pillow area, I developed hives. I have to add a T shirt on top of the pillow to reduce the allergy reaction. The amenities was not changed. The room was very hot. Not sure there were any settings to make it cooler. "

"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"Hotel is very nice and modern. Has a bar and cafe. 10minute walk to La Rambla and the square. Free mini bar in room (just soft drinks). Very comfy beds. Great shower. Free use of a safe in the room. Only problem was the check in as it took ages. Apart from that, enjoyable stay "

"A very comfortable hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Easily accessible by Metro, bus and on foot, with some really good markers around that will help you remember where your hotel is. If you love shopping you have easy access to a lot of them. if you want to attend theatre performances, again lots of theatres about. The City tour bus stops also outside when you do the old town route. What we loved is coming home to chocolates left for us by the turn down team. A sweet surprise after long days...
