"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"There was major demolition going on outside our hotel and much of the Rambla boulevard. It was very loud and most of the Rambla was torn up. They did, however, stop the drilling by 5:30, so it wasn’t much of a problem for us. I believe this work might continue into 2027 summer. I would check with the hotels first before booking along this major street."

"Such wonderful service, rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were very kind and helpful and good location to get to city centre (uber/cab service relative cheap)"

"The capsules were clean and comfortable, but small and ventilation is poor and it’s quite warm at night. Some guests were noisy at night and any noise travels easily. Storage drawer under capsule was great and big enough for a carry on suitcase, but bring your own lock (the ones you can rent are flimsy). Shower/bathroom facilities are clean but there is some mold. Overall a good option for a short visit, but for me not ideal and comfortable enough for a longer stay."

"The door men were wonderful to greet you and serve you, but the downstairs bar was slow on service and two drinks cost 48 Euros. The breakfast buffet at 40 euros per person is not worth it. the 23rd floor Japanese restaurant serves very fancy food, at a price."

"Although i only stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Especially the general manager whose name i forget, i think her name was essia. She guided me on what to see and enjoy in Madrid. Solo travelling is not easy because you have to figure everything out yourself, but she was amazing.
