"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"Really beautiful modern hotel. Decor was welcoming and front desk, restaurant and bar staff were helpful. Enjoyed the hot breakfast options and the cool ambiance of this hotel. We did have an issue w/ the first room at the very start and had to switch rooms on the first day. There was a leak in the bathroom of the first room. But I will say that the staff made every effort to help make it right and we received a new room after our return for the day. They even left us a really nice note with...

"Very nice hotel situated just outside of Barcelona centre. All areas of Barcelona are accessible from this hotel. The bus stop for the Hop On Hop Off bus is a 5 minute walk away. We especially loved the roof top pool area where you could chill and soak up the sun after a busy day of sight seeing . Fabulous vibe for sunset drinks and view of the city. "This was the best stay I believe I have ever had. Once we brought our luggage through the door we didn’t touch it until we were in our room. At the end of our stay we left it in room and next time we saw it was in our cruise cabin. The staff were helpful on getting cabs, information, to the port. All did a fantastic service. "
