"Needs to be much more customer and traveller oriented on your inside restaurant and Bar needs to be much more colourful and separate."

"Beautiful Location. Great Food. Warm people. Some staff need better education, couple of unpleasant incidents happened because of the staff that is not working consumer facing messed up."

"We're a New Zealand family of four living in the UAE and stayed for eight nights in mid October. We had a fantastic holiday and would happily return. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the traditional Sri Lankan welcome dance was a lovely touch. All rooms face the ocean. Our spacious rooms had great views of the beach and pools, comfortable beds, good bathrooms and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, fresh fruit, juices, an omelette station, French...

"I loved the staff honestly they were super friendly with my daughter and me… My daughter was very comfortable with davinda. She became good friends with the surf instructor Kyle and loved the surfing experience she had with him making it one of the most wonderful experiences she had … The chef was extraordinary there making sure I tried authentic Sri Lankan food … Over all I’m definitely visiting them again when coming to Sri Lanka … The resort was out of this world honestly…"

"Great breakfast. Great food altogether. They were a bit odd about when we could access the beach. It was closed from 12 to 3. Which was weird but other than that a great place."

"Mooie kamer met zeezicht. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie spa, zwembad en fitness. Restaurants zijn top!"

"Service standards both staff and amenities very poorly managed. Front office staff need more training highly unprofessional. Property located in a good place however the premises not maintained well"

"We came for a family holiday and we have all had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel , by far the nicest and cleanest hotel during our 14 night stay in Sri Lanka . Would love to have stayed longer"

"Stunning hotel and amazing staff !! We went with the whole family and had an incredible time, would highly recommend"

"Great safari and pool villa and very kind and great staff. More than a Hilton "

"Our stay was amazing, the rooftop is the best. The food is really good and prepared with care. It’s a new hotel so obviously there are teething issues like- 1-There’s a hairdryer in the bathroom but no compatible input for its plug. 2- The gym machines even though new but are not maintained or cleaned regularly. 3- The charging point behind the bed can’t be reached cause of the headboard. These can be fixed easily so other than this the rooms are spacious and spotless. Pretty kid friendly too."

"ジェフリーバワの設計した伝説のホテルに泊まれ、またインフィニティプールで泳げたのは良い経験でした。津波災害を受けたことでも知られますが、設備は古さを感じさせず、何よりスタッフのホスピタリティに感激しました。"

"My parents were there to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and although we celebrated a little late, they had such a wonderful experience. Quoting my dad “The birthday arrangement was beautiful, the cake was lovely, and the   famous DoubleTree cookie was the best. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both excellent, and the amenities were exceptional.” What really stood out to them was the warmth and attention to detail throughout their stay. My mum still can’t stop complimenting the food; my...

"ダイナミックな自然の景観が活かされた素晴らしいホテル。スタッフもみなさん親切でフレンドリーです。海の目の前なので仕方ないですが、室内の湿気が多いのは気になりました。 ホテル前のビーチでウミガメを見ることもでき、ホテルで過ごすだけでも大変満足できました。"

"★★★★★ Perfekter Aufenthalt! Alles war einfach perfekt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer wunderschön mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Perfekter Blick zum Meer, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls super! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!"

"Strategically located accommodation with friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms."

"We have just enjoyed the most wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka which was made by the beautiful hotel and fabulous staff at Coast 67 in Ahangama. A stunning setting with gorgeous, quality wooden fixtures and fittings. We stayed for 9 nights which is unusual at this time of year and settled into the rhythm of the hotel very quickly. The staff make Coast 67 the most very special of places. Kind, caring, attentive calm and funny. They are a brilliant team and big thanks go to the chefs who adapted...
