"Didn't have any meal in the hotel and didn't swim."

"Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."

"Unfortunately had a terrible one night stay at the hotel. Despite air conditioning being a listed amenity on Expedia, the AC control was locked and not available to use. My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room). Asked for a portable fan and he said they did not have one and to open...

"Will start with postiive things. Staff are really nice. However, Expedia mentioned free wine bottle but never recieved it. I arrived a bit early but couldn't check in early. All night I had wierd smell from bathroom and couldn't sleep. I checked out at 6 am without even having the breakfast that was included in the stay due to feeling nauseas. Receptionist didnt even care to compensate or offer anything or ask even. AC wasnt changing to cold. Facilities are limited. Beach view from 2nd floor is...

Das Frühstück ist ordentlich, der Kaffee an der Maschine leider unzureichend, wenn man einen geschmackvollen Kaffee haben möchte, kann man eine Tasse gratis bestellen, die zweite und alle weiteren Tassen kosten zusätzlich. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es jede Menge Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist in einigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist extrem nett und höflich!! Ich komme gerne wieder."
