"I was so upset when I saw the state of this resort. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous with their tile floor but the beauty ended there. The rooms were old and outdated, not to mention our phone and some of our lights didn’t work and there was a hole in the wall. When I inquired about the phone the staff member asked if I wanted it fixed. The hallway and elevator area looked more like Motel 6 than a resort. The food at the restaurant was not good and overpriced. There were only 3 tables...

"A lovely start to a rocky adventure through the Mediterranean. I had a huge room (European hotel rooms are usually small) overlooking the city and Acropolis and my lovely hotel representative who checked me in upgraded me to that room at no cost. The hotel is immaculate. The breakfast options were good every morning and the staff hospitable. The rooftop hotel with a view of Acropolis is stunning. The Greek food was absolutely delicious.
