"No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough."

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The warm pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and made our stay even more relaxing. "Drafty rooms, jet tubs don’t work. The rooms are in need of updating and tuning up. The breakfasts were nice. The sulfur smell from the geothermal features was overwhelming"

"Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience "

"This is misleading as it is more a motel than a 5 -star resort. However , the staff and the services are good. The kitchen was well equipped and good amenities but it is important to describe properly the installation for guests expectation"

"Sudima - Rotorua was a nice stay. Staff were all lovely, check-in was easy, the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were super friendly. The amenities in the room could have been better but we only stayed one night so it was ok. Good value stay and very centrally located. "
